The Renewals Specialist straddles sales and customer success to ensure our customers are delighted with our products and prepared to renew their annual contracts. We measure success in this role by customer churn and the timely delivery of renewal quotes, terms and conditions, and signed contracts.
Within a year you are successful if…
You’ve improved and optimized the renewal lifecycle including order creation and submission, forecasting, quoting, agreement negotiations, and paperwork.
The sales team relies on you for discovering up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
Your rolling forecasts of renewals is accurate and dependable
