CGI+ Real Estate Investment strategies is a fast-growing multi-family real estate investment and development firm based in Los Angeles, CA with a mixed asset portfolio which includes but is not limited to; multi-family and extended stay corporate housing located throughout California and in strategic cities nationwide.  We are adding a Recruiter based out of our Los Angeles office due to growth!  Please visit CGIPlus.com to learn more about our company, values, and culture.

The wellness and health of our associate’s is most important to us and therefore the whole company takes one week off end of the year to recharge and spend time with family and friends. In addition, we cover the full portion of the employee’s medical premium. We are hybrid (twice a week in the office and three times a week remote). When in the office we offer weekly catered lunches.

Part of the HR Team, the Recruiter is a tactical search team member that loves to hunt! While reporting to the Director of HR, they will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to strategize and understand the business objectives and talent needs.

What You’ll Do

  • Find, engage, and activate passive candidates through the use of Greenhouse, Indeed, LinkedIn, and alternative search techniques
  • Screen resumes and interview candidates to determine alignment to open positions
  • Collaborate with recruiters to improve recruiting processes and recruiting efficiency

What You’ll Need

  • 2+ years sourcing experience, search firm or in-house recruiting team
  • Proficiency with sourcing tools such as Linked and Indeed
  • Ability to contribute in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks
  • Great communication skills. Engaging phone skills and a real passion for recruiting

  • Experience with Greenhouse API is highly desired
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to network and build strong relationships within the industry
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to prioritize and work independently while also working well in a group setting
  • Ability to effectively and efficiently present information and interface with company leadership
