The Role:

Cerebral is looking for a Senior Product Designer who will be responsible for the full-stack design process from research to executing beautiful designs. 

Who you are:

  • Low ego – you’re in this to help people and are focused on the outcomes rather than what you get out of it
  • You have extensive mobile + responsive experience, and are well versed in the particularities of mobile interaction design (across both iOS and Android)
  • A desire to learn, a willingness to try (and fail)
  • A team mindset, and a knack for forming working relationships across both the design team and the organization
  • Comfortable juggling multiple important tasks and can prioritize well in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-directed – you can be pointed at a problem and research, design, and test a solution with minimal oversight
  • At least 5 years full-time experience working in some aspect of product design

Bonus points if you have experience with:

  • Healthcare or regulated industry experience
  • Startup and/or A/B testing experience
  • A mix of B2B and B2C experience
