Our Company:

Seeing a psychiatrist can take up to 3 months and cost as much as $500. Shocked? Us too. That’s why we started Cerebral, a telemedicine-first mental health startup. We are breaking down the barriers to access to mental healthcare so that anybody can get the care and meds they need immediately and for just $99/month. We launched publicly in January 2020 and are growing at over 40% month-over-month, and need your help. 

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Own the development and implementation of training for onboarding prescribers
    • Development
      • Review, revise, create (as needed) onboarding training materials for new behavioral team members (care counselors/therapists) for both live instruction and online learning (WorkRamp)
      • Work closely with onboarding team to ensure systems are linked and working smoothly
      • Update content as needed based on team feedback
      • Develop and update FAQs based on team feedback
    • Implementation
      • Facilitate weekly onboarding training for new therapists and care counselors (60+ individuals per week)
      • Ensure all onboarding cohorts are added as users in WorkRamp.
      • Add Care Counselors/Therapists to Optional Officer hours, test account invite
      • Troubleshoot technical issues with trainees as needed
      • Ensure calendars are set up appropriately
      • Review WorkRamp completion and follow-up
      • Pass those who have completed and turn on in EMR for accepting new clients
    • Management
      • Guide a team of clinicians to develop and implement training practices

  2. Own the development and implementation of clinical continuing education program for Prescribers
    • Develop robust internal training library
    • Ensure payroll linked to trainings

 

Education/Experience

  • At least 2 years of experience in training and education of clinical teams 
  • Experience in assisting in the development and implementation of improvement processes
  • Experience in online and virtual learning as well as content and curriculum development 
  • Prior knowledge and use of learning management systems
  • Able to navigate new technology easily; we are a 100% remote telehealth company
