Centri is seeking a motivated, forward-thinking Human Resources professional who will build, lead, develop and grow the firm’s emerging Human Capital Advisory practice. The ideal candidate should thrive in building business and capturing new opportunities, as well as have a strong desire to coach and mentor staff.
Lead the growth of Human Capital Advisory practice by developing and implementing strategic and tactical plans in accordance with the firm’s mission and vision.
Elevate the Centri Brand by demonstrating thought leadership and embracing our marketing and sales programs.
Oversee the Human Capital team as they are trusted advisors in providing general Human Resources support to our clients including payroll related services, career development and health and wellness strategy for benefits.
Understand the client’s business to connect work and contributions to align with and influence organizational business strategies and objectives.
Bachelor’s Degree in human resources or related field required
PHR or SHRM- CP certification highly preferred
12+ years of human resources experience within a professional services firm in a client-facing role
Recent experience leading teams in an advisory practice.
Strong generalist background in Human Resource, including payroll, engagement, compensation, and benefits.
Experience developing and maintaining policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines.
