Centri is seeking a motivated, forward-thinking cybersecurity professional who will build, lead, develop and grow the firm’s emerging Cyber Security practice. The MD will serve as the key advisor to various clients, develop a team of specialized cyber security experts and be a key contributor in driving market growth and innovation strategy for the service line. The ideal candidate should thrive in building business and capturing new opportunities, as well as have a strong desire to coach and mentor staff.
Core Responsibilities:
Lead the growth of Centri’s Cyber practice by developing and implementing strategic and tactical plans in accordance with the firm’s mission and vision
Design and implement a comprehensive program aligned with an existing enterprise risk management framework (ERM), including strategy, organizational structure, governance, policies and procedures, training, and both internal and external communications.
Develop and test comprehensive incident response plans to minimize the impact of a data breach, including identification of cause and implementation of remediation measures for affected areas.
Provide awareness training, with emerging threat updates, penetration testing, cyber security threat landscaping, dark web recon, and dark web analysis.
Offer proactive and reactive guidance by conducting end-to-end assessments and creating policies and methodologies
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree and related certifications in field of expertise (CPA, CISA, CIA, CISSP, CRISC).
12+ years of relevant experience working in professional services and/or advisory firm leading engagements for physical and cyber assessments, internal audits, privacy, security assessments, investigations, and incident management.
Knowledge of general security concepts and methods
Proficiency in performing risk, business impact, control, and vulnerability assessments, and in defining treatment strategies.
