Job Description: As a program supervisor you will be responsible for supervising a team of behavior specialists and providing staff development support by assuring that staff responsibilities are defined and understood. In addition, you will be responsible for conducting regular home visits to provide specific parent education and in-home/community-based mental health services. Regular evaluations, treatment notes, and progress reports will be required.
Training: Training will be provided during a new hire orientation and in ongoing clinical trainings. BCBA supervision hours are provided. In addition to the provided training, employees are required to remain current on new research and developments in special education and related fields.
Requirements: • Masters degree in one of the following disciplines: Psychology, Childhood Development, Childhood Education, Special Education, Pediatric Therapy, or a related field. • Board Certified Behavior Analyst ("BCBA") certification is preferred. • Two years of related professional experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders and/or other related developmental disabilities in a multi-disciplinary team setting. • Able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing; bilingual ability preferred.
