Role Summary:

In this role, you will report to the Senior Director of Demand Generation. You will spearhead the development and execution of comprehensive SEM and SEO strategies aimed at driving qualified traffic, increasing pipeline, and scaling revenue. You will collaborate closely with Content, Demand Generation, Sales Development, and Marketings Ops teams to ensure optimum campaign integration and orchestration across all digital marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for shaping our search marketing strategy to support and enhance the sales objectives.

What You’ll Do:

  • You will own the global budget, strategy, and execution of digital advertising across Search, Social, Display, Video, Podcast, etc 
  • Execute digital campaigns and manage day-to-day performance including keyword research, targeting, bidding, and measurement
  • Own contribution goals for how digital campaigns source and accelerate pipeline and revenue
  • Own and manage our website strategy, including SEO, conversion optimization, customer journey, referrals, and backlinks
  • Analyze complex dynamics and report across all of our digital channels to regularly assess impact on business goals and make appropriate changes
  • Aggressively analyze market data, track competitors, and pursue opportunities that maximize the growth of your channels while minimizing CAC
  • Own your quarterly/annual roadmap by balancing risks and safe bets
  • Work closely with Marketing Ops on data pipelines, campaign-level revenue reporting, and web development processes.
  • Partner with the DG team to execute ABM campaigns on our target accounts within upmarket segments everywhere they go on the digital web.
  • Align with creative and content teams on best-fit content for the audience, product positioning, and the post-click experience.
  • Partner with the SDR team to optimize the process, increase enablement, and achieve sales-qualified opportunity quotas.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, focused on Google Digital Ad campaigns, LinkedIn, and 6Sense campaigns in the B2B space at a brand or agency
  • Proven track record of successfully scaling B2B Digital Ad Campaign, meeting both spend and CAC targets
  • Ability to tie advertising spend & performance to sales pipeline results.
  • An owner's mindset - you don't shy away from the hard stuff, and dig in to the gritty details to get to the bottom of problems
  • Passionate about data storytelling to drive insightful communication within a performance marketing team, and with analytics and creative partners.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels, channels and KPIs like CTR, CVR, CPM, CPA, CAC, and Site visits and duration, Backlink Volume, Referral volumes 
  • Deep understanding of martech, especially 6Sense audience building
  • Experience with mobile first channels outside of Google (Meta, TikTok & Ad Networks)

Bonus Points:

  • At least 4 years of digital advertising experience, ideally for a SaaS or B2B business.
  • Experience at a B2B Cybersecurity company is a plus!
  • Experience directly managing external agencies and consultants is a plus.

Our target salary range for this role is between $114,000 USD and $160,000 USD + bonus eligibility and equity.
