Role Summary:

In this role, you will report to the Senior Director of Customer Success. You'll play a pivotal role in managing the contract renewal process for our valued clients. We’re looking for a highly motivated individual with exceptional attention to detail, who has strong communication skills.

What You’ll Do:

  • Contract Renewal Management: Oversee the end-to-end process of contract renewals. This includes monitoring contract expiration dates, initiating renewal discussions with clients, and negotiating terms.
  • Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure they are updated during the renewal process and to address any concerns that may impact the renewal.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze contract performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Prepare regular reports for management on renewal status and outcomes.
  • Collaboration with Customer Success: Work closely with the Customer Success team to ensure a seamless renewal process and to identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities during renewal negotiations.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Ensure all renewal documentation is accurate and compliant with company policies and legal requirements. Here you will work closely with the Sales Operations team.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed about market trends and competitor strategies to effectively negotiate contract terms that are beneficial for both the client and the company.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a renewal specialist or similar role, preferably in the technology/saas industry.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce ideally).
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.

Our on-target salary range for this role is between $90,000 to $120,000 USD and equity.

This role is located in one of four office locations: Ann Arbor, Seattle, Los Altos, or Tysons Corner with a requirement to be in the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays and a third day of choice.
