The Team:

The Industry Value Engineering team engages customers & prospects, representing Celonis and its unique value proposition in the context of our customers’ Automotive industry environment. The team’s purpose is to broaden Celonis’ footprint in the core value adding domains of our customers by innovating on new use cases and consolidating our knowledge & expertise.

The Role:

During your internship, you will combine your passion for the automotive industry with strong analytical skills to expand your knowledge and sharpen your consulting expertise. You’ll not only deepen your understanding of business processes but also gain hands-on experience with software capabilities, helping to bridge the gap between customer challenges and Celonis’ value proposition. You will make an impact by identifying new opportunities for applying Celonis’ technology and driving customer programs from the ideation phase through to execution.

The work you’ll do:

  • Analyze and research challenges and trends in the automotive industry, consolidate your findings, and provide recommendations for future innovation focus.
  • Evaluate the alignment between industry challenges and the capabilities of Celonis' Process Intelligence Platform.
  • Prepare and support industry enablement initiatives for Celonauts working in the field.
  • Lead the project and program management of initiatives involving multiple Celonis customers.
  • Assist field teams in analyzing customer data to enhance transparency in business processes.

The qualifications you need:

  • Strong interest in the automotive industry and its current transformation.
  • Enrolled in a university degree program such as business administration, economics, industrial engineering, or business informatics.
  • Previous consulting experience is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
  • Excellent communication skills with a keen interest in engaging with potential customers.
  • Innovative mindset with a drive for creative problem-solving. and taking ownership of own projects
  • Strong analytical skills, with a structured approach to quickly understanding new topics.
  • Ability to grasp complex concepts and effectively summarize them for broader audiences.
