The Team:
The Marketing Strategy & Operations team is part of global demand generation org, and works in close partnership with cross functional teams including the broader go-to-market organization, marketing and sales organizations. As the engine and oil of our marketing machine, driving efficiency, optimization and smooth operations. 

The Role:
The Local Marketing Optimization Partner will be responsible for driving and executing regional demand generation activities with our key strategic partners. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic person to drive the optimization of our marketing efforts across global teams. In this role, you will be the owner of our Local program, facilitating cross-collaboration with our Field, Partner and Customer teams to ensure the successful adoption & delivery of our marketing strategy.

The Work You’ll Do:

  • Marketing Rhythm: Bring our ONE marketing framework to life, ensuring the consistent and effective execution of our marketing plans and activities, maintaining a strong and impactful marketing rhythm across your partners.
  • Initiative Leadership: Capture and lead key marketing initiatives with respective teams, ensuring these initiatives are strategically aligned and deliver significant impact.
  • Planning Governance: Oversee the planning and governance processes, ensuring that all marketing activities are well-coordinated, strategically planned, and executed efficiently.
  • Analytics and Insights Collaboration: Work closely with analytics and insights teams to leverage data-driven insights, driving continuous optimization of our marketing strategies and efforts.
  • Stakeholder management: Work closely with up and downstream stakeholders to ensure smooth operations, with a continuous improvement mindset. 
  • Enablement and Adoption: Develop and implement enablement programs to ensure that teams are equipped with the necessary tools, knowledge, and best practices to achieve marketing excellence. Drive the adoption of new processes and technologies to enhance marketing performance.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and optimize marketing processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and overall performance.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5+ years experience in a similar role, preferably in a global or multi-regional context.
  • Proven experience building out a new role, in a changing environment 
  • Strong stakeholder management skills including buy in creation, pipe targets, budgets, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously 
  • Ability to think strategically, prioritize tasks, execute with attention to detail, and consistently meet deadlines
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms.
