The Team:

The Finance Transformation team at Celonis is responsible for ensuring the success of high impact projects in the finance organization through diligent management and hands on support. This role will report to the Senior Manager, Finance Transformation Office and be based in Madrid, Spain.

The Role:

This role will be responsible for supporting a range of projects within the FTO (Finance Transformation Office) that will provide exposure to different areas of the business such as Billing, Systems, Accounts Payable, and Revenue. Each of these projects will also provide exposure/hands on experience with different tools utilized at Celonis (Workday, Zuora, Salesforce). This role will be key in ensuring that deliverables are provided on time and with accurate data. For the right individual this role will also provide the ability to be the lead on projects.

The work you’ll do:

  • Prepare and maintain documentation for each project including decks, project timelines, testing status, etc
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure objectives and milestones of projects are clearly defined and executed
  • Support data migration through validation of large data sets 
  • Work closely with implementation partners on new tools/software

The qualifications you need:

  • Student of business administration/management, project management, finance, or something similar 
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills that will be utilized in discussions with project stakeholders
  • Demonstrate initiative and work independently
  • Prior experience with MS Office/Google Workspace
  • Fluent in English
