The Team:
Our Global Marketing Programs team works as a close unit with our colleagues in the broader go to market team to drive pipeline at scale. The team links a multitude of departments, ensuring that programs are developed, scaled and executed to fuel our significant growth aspirations. 

The team is part of Global Demand Generation, working across different locations globally, and you will be based in the US,  Munich or London. You will report to the VP of Global Marketing Programs. 

The Role:

In this role, you will be a key growth driver and enabler for our inside sales function, delivering campaigns and structured demand generation programmes to drive awareness, MQLs and ultimately pipeline within the SMB, Key and Strategic account segments. 

You will work closely with the Vice President of Global Inside Sales and his team in devising compelling programs and materials to support the Inside Sales team  in both inbound and outbound demand generation efforts. 

The work you’ll do:

  • Development of the messaging framework / value proposition for the Inside Sales motion 
  • Production of the full bill of materials to support program / campaign efforts 
  • Management of monthly / quarterly campaign cycles across personas and industries in alignment with the broader GTM marketing programs strategy 
  • End to end Campaign management, overseeing & directing cross channel digital marketing efforts 
  • Management of the Inside Sales webinar series, managing its end to end implementation
  • Set up and leadership of monthly Inside Sales Pipeline Council Meetings including preparation and action follow up 
  • Ensure Inside Sales is part of Field Marketing efforts for all key and strategic accounts 
  • Ensure strong alignment & collaboration with the SDR team to ensure full understanding of the latest campaign messaging
  • Management of the Rightbound agency relationship and production of all supporting campaign playbooks 

The qualifications you need:

  • English: Native Speaker level
  • Relevant BA/BS degree is required
  • 5+ years of experience managing B2B marketing programs end to end. SaaS experience is a plus 
  • Experience in delivering scalable cross channel demand generation programs, designed for multi-region roll out 
  • Ability to brief and direct high quality campaign content & assets. Ability to independently produce/ write strong copy is an advantage 
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate campaign outcomes and resulting recommendations / actions 
  • Experience with Salesforce.com products.
  • Exceptional communications (verbal, written & presentation) & people skills as well as very high attention to detail.
  • You have a great customer service mindset & you are a true problem solver.
  • Curiosity to learn, question & build meaningful relationships & impactful programs.
