The Team:

In the Celonis Academy we create online and onsite training to empower individuals to be successful with Celonis by delivering impactful learning experiences. The main goal of the Service & Operations team inside the Academy is to guide our learners as smoothly as possible through their training journey. We are the first point of contact for our 110K worldwide learner base and need to make sure that all of their requests and questions around our training offerings will be answered.

The Role:

As an Academy Service & Operations Specialist, you are responsible for supporting our global learner community throughout their entire learning journey to become true Celonis experts. This includes building good learner relationships as well as content-related support for the wide range of online training courses we offer on various exciting topics.

To perfectly support our learners, you learn how our software is used to empower frictionless processes for thousands of users.

You administer our Learning Management System with more than 110,000 users and support the Academy's internal processes.

In addition, you work with our Technical Training Managers and transmit customer feedback to ensure high quality throughout our services and training offerings.

The work you’ll do:

  • Guiding our worldwide learner base through their learning journey by answering learner requests via our ticketing system
  • Administer learner accounts in our Celonis Academy and in Salesforce
  • Administer the Celonis Academy platform
  • First-point of contact for feedback of our learner base and exchange with technical training manager
  • Collaboratively work across different departments within Celonis in order to provide world class learner support

The qualifications you need:

  • experience in the field of customer support, e-learning or a related field
  • excellent communication and problem solving/handling skills
  • strong service-oriented mindset
  • passionate about topics like Process Mining, Big Data and e-learning
  • advantage: experience in working with ticket systems (e.g. Happyfox or Salesforce) and learning management systems (e.g., Thought Industries LMS)
  • fluent in written and spoken English. Other languages are of advantage.
