The Role:

The Director, Customer Transformation at Celonis will be a part of a brand new team that will work with our most strategic clients to help enable business transformation and establish a Center of Excellence for our customers. You will lead hands on engagements to drive the ramp up of the CoE while also being responsible for achieving value targets associated with the CoE. 

Responsibilities:

As Transformation Coach, you will:

 … coach organizations on their transformational journey by leveraging the power of EMS

… drive organizational change by establishing global Centers of Excellence for customers

… coach organizations to plan, establish and scale CoEs as central accelerator for Transformation

… assure alignment of strategic targets with CoE setup, responsibility and resources

… actively engage with the CoE lead and executive sponsors

… help customers kick-starting a CoE with experienced resources from Celonis and external Partners

… engage hands-on in custom projects to drive the ramp-up of the CoE

… be responsible for achieving value targets associated with the CoE

… develop a deep understanding of customers transformation journey, challenges and the CoE’s role

… support communication and establishment of a global community

 

You:

… have built and/or operated a CoE

… have 3+ years experience in deploying Process Mining in complex global environments

… bring strong communication and coaching skills

… provide proven leadership history for managing complex projects

… can bridge the gap between executives, business and IT

… are capable of building and navigating long term relationships with executives and stakeholders

… are looking for an innovative product which allows fact- and data based transformation

… are passionate about changing organizations with a strong focus on value

… are an intrinsic motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire customers

… are fluent in English
