Client Services Coordinator
We are seeking a PART-TIME (20 hrs/week) highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Services Coordinator to provide support to our clients by administering their jobs, processing invoices, and statements of work. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that client needs are met, while working closely with internal teams to help ensure seamless administration of jobs and execution of scopes of work.
Responsibilities:
- Administer client jobs and coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful project completion
- Process invoices and ensure timely and accurate billing to clients
- Manage client contracts and statements of work, ensuring adherence to terms
- Facilitate communication between clients, subcontractors, vendors and internal teams, providing updates on project status and resolving any issues
- Maintain client billing and budgeting files and project documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, subcontractors and vendors responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Act as a liaison to vendor onboarding process
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Equivalent work experience in a related field will be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's degree
- 2-3 years of experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel
The maximum hourly rate for this position is up to $25.00/hr.
