
High Volume Talent Acquisition Partner (Contract)
Overview:
The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for a variety of exempt and non-exempt positions. This highly visible role requires a professional who will be responsible to source and attract a diversified pool of qualified candidates. Based on volume and business demands, this individual consults with key stakeholders to identify the qualified talent, while managing a full-cycle recruitment desk.
6-Month Contract
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Source, pre-qualify and in some cases select the best candidate that meets both the potential employee’s and company’s needs;
- Engage active and passive creative talent through outbound sourcing, resume screening, portfolio reviews, networking, referrals, recruitment events, etc.;
- Utilize a wide variety of talent generation sources, including but not limited to: Social Media Recruiting, Internet Job Boards, state clinical lists and company proprietary databases;
- Research and source qualified candidates in historical and target client markets;
- Partner with business leaders, hiring manager and the HR team to include initial in-take, on-going updates and integrity of our applicant tracking system
- Manage the interview process utilizing our corporate applicant tracking system, from scheduling to day-of coordination, ensuring clear internal communication, as well as a smooth and positive candidate experience
- Serves in a consultative and advisory role with hiring managers to guide them in the selection process
- Makes recommendations regarding process improvements and serves as a knowledge source to new TA staff
- Participate in TA projects and deliverables for various initiatives including process improvements, onsite job fairs, and other special projects as requested;
- Consistently perform above established quantitative and qualitative standards;
- Maintain compliance with ComplexCare Solutions' policies, procedures and mission statement;
- Adhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA requirements as outlined within ComplexCare Solutions' Operating Policies and Procedures in all ways and at all times with respect to any aspect of the data handled or services rendered in the undertaking of the position; and
- Fulfill those responsibilities and/or duties that may be reasonably provided by ComplexCare Solutions' for the purpose of achieving operational and financial success of the Employer.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a staffing or high-volume talent hunting environment;
- Proven experience with the talent acquisition process including sourcing, candidate identification, compensation analysis, offer proposals and offer negotiation, pre-employment validation, etc.;
- Excellent written communication skills;
- Experience using a web-based Applicant Tracking System;
- Demonstrated ability to hit key hiring metrics;
- Knowledge of strategic talent acquisition; methodology utilizing social media (LinkedIn Recruiter & Facebook preferred);
- Proficient in MS Office Products (Excel, Outlook and Word);
- Must be Internet savvy and experienced in mining online database;
- Must have the ability to quickly learn new systems, processes and procedures; and
- Able to adapt to competing time sensitive demands.
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Sedentary work (i.e. sitting for long periods of time);
- Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force;
- Subject to inside environmental conditions

In addition to the base compensation, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. At ComplexCare Solutions, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
Base Compensation Range
$30 - $40 USD
