Clarasight is seeking a stellar individual to bring deep subject matter expertise with Enterprise Planning into our organization to support both customer-facing solutioning as well as core product strategy and development. - We are seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Enterprise Planning to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in the development of our Carbon Planning & Analysis software products
Responsibilities
Leverage your expertise in Planning, Forecasting and Scenario Modeling to support:
Product development:
- Advise on product strategy and roadmap: Leverage your experience in planning to translate industry trends and user needs into foundational product capabilities and innovative features.
- Review and validate product components and requirements: Ensure product components, user journeys, and requirements align with best practices in enterprise planning, and support in the drafting of technical product requirements.
- Refine user journeys and prototypes: Apply your experience in planning to the emissions reduction planning journey by collaborating on user journeys, workflows, and prototypes.
Market & Customer Development
- Prospect & Customer Support: Advise prospects on the business benefit of incorporating enterprise planning into their sustainability program
- Trainings & Content: Develop carbon planning tools and content to help accelerate market maturity (e.g. webinars/trainings, guides, downloadable models, templates, etc)
- Solution Design: Advise prospects and customers on the optimal design and implementation of a carbon planning program
Knowledge sharing
- Team member enablement: Help develop and implement an carbon planning onboarding and enablement program
- Create reference models, tools and resources to upskill team members across the organization
A Few Things We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in planning, forecasting, and analytics, preferably within a corporate finance or enterprise planning environment.
- Proven track record of successfully building and implementing Planning solutions or related software products.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data manipulation, forecasting and interpretation, as well as complex scenario models.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
- Experience working in a cross-functional team environment.
Bonus
- Experience with popular enterprise planning software solutions (e.g., Anaplan, Workday Planning, Pigment, Oracle Hyperion Planning)
- Experience supporting the development of software solutions in early stages
- Consultative work with internal teams or external clients in developing and executing enterprise planning
