cBEYONData is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leadership and Education, Personnel, Facilities, Policy (DOTmLPF-P) Analyst to join our team in support of a multi-year SAP S/4 HANA modernization effort for a federal customer. The DOTmLPF-P Analyst will join a logistics and finance team to support our Department of Defense (DoD) customer. The candidate for this role should have experience with ERP support, senior leader and strategic communications, coordination across multiple key organizations to efficiently and effectively execute senior leadership intent. The candidate should also possess interpersonal skills to communicate effectively within a cross functional team.
Responsibilities:
- Design and support implementation of proposed logistics and financial business process reengineering key transformational changes developed within the construct of DOTmLPF-P; identify and mitigate blockers or barriers to adoption, supporting efforts resulting in Service-wide implementation
- Identify and record DOTmLPF-P changes during process reengineering for further analysis. Analyze impacts, interdependencies, draft and review revised language for policy/doctrine and implementation plans, directives or waivers.
- Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, submit to secretariat/tasking system and actively manage status and traceability throughout the software implementation lifecycle.
- Develop comprehensive transformation support packages in coordination with subject matter experts and Organizational Change Management personnel with the goal of consistent messaging and quality content at all levels.
- Integrate DOTmLPF-P reporting into the program’s go live readiness tracking to ensure DOTmLPF-P change implementation is aligned across all lines of effort
- Create strong partnerships with stakeholders at the action officer and management level that own and influence frontline processes across DOTmLPF-P domains.
- Communicate clear options for decision making, manage action and decision logs with a focus on active action tracking from ideation through resolution.
- Develop and gain alignment from key cross-functional and senior leader stakeholders as needed.
- Identify client financial and logistics pain-points and propose solutions to address and remediate issues within the DOTmLPF-P arena.
Requirements:
- 6+ years' experience performing similar work
- BS/BA Degree in related field
- Secret security clearance is required
- Preferred experience serving on Army Materiel Command, Training and Doctrine Command, Combined Arms Support Command or Army Staffs or equivalent experience at other DoD Armed Service
- Must have skill-level appropriate knowledge of DoD or Service level organizational structures and operational roles; DoD or Service level operations and staffing process/staff actions, operations process, and governance forums
- Strong communication skills and ability to prepare briefing products and brief at executive level senior leadership forums
- DoD Experience with DOTMLPFP analysis and change recommendation procedures to achieve implementation in accordance with agile software fielding schedules
- Experience with Federal financials and logistics processes
- Must possess experience with Microsoft office products
Preferred:
- Experience with large-scale government ERP implementations
- Proficiency in using Atlassian Jira, ServiceNow, or similar project management tools
- Experience facilitating collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Experience working remotely within a large project
- Familiarity with Agile principles and/or development projects
- Experience with business process reengineering and/or business transformation/organizational change
- Experience with Task Management systems, communications, and processes
