CB4 is looking for a well-rounded, strategic, and innovative addition to join our growing customer success team! We are a Sequoia Capital backed, predictive analytics startup, providing machine learning software for brick-and-mortar retailers. We are looking for a Director of Customer Delivery to join our Customer Success Team in New York.

Role and Responsibilities

Establish consultative and trusted relationships with clients by ensuring client expectations are exceeded consistently

Develop best practices and process strategies for onboarding new customers 

Map the customer journey to understand client business goals and anticipate future needs to deliver optimal solutions

Partner with Product teams to ensure clients meet their performance and operational efficiency goals

Elicit client feedback to act as internal advocate for our clients

Act as a product manager for monday.com, jira, tableau, zendesk and salesforce

Minimum Requirements

BA/BS degree or similar college level education

5+ years of experience in Digital/Technology Professional Services

3+ years implementing SaaS solutions with enterprise clients

All candidates, who may not have the above listed years experience, but can demonstrate the necessary skills, may apply and will be considered

Superior client service and relationship skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience developing and presenting to C-suite executives

Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines
