We’re looking for a smart, experienced and enthusiastic Head of Subscriptions to join our fast-growing team at Cazoo, helping to transform the way people buy used cars and making buying a car no different to buying any other product online today.

Operating in a customer obsessed, fast moving, digital environment the Head of Subscriptions will be responsible for collaborating with a number of internal stakeholders across the business to ensure delivery of a best in class subscriptions model. This will include building a deep commercial understanding of subscriber behaviours and lifetime value models, as well as having full ownership of the subscriptions P&L.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Own and deliver rapid growth in customer subscriptions through all acquisition methods
  • Own the subscription P&L, budget allocation and reporting on ROI
  • Review, assess and improve processes to ensure appropriate levels of control and accuracy are maintained

Key skills required:

  • Previous experience delivering growth marketing plans for a subscription based product
  • Commercial experience, with an understanding of subscription and membership models across digital and automotive sectors 
  • Understanding of how to use data analytics and behaviour to drive conversions
  • Excellent communicator, written and verbal who is able to effectively manage stakeholders at all levels
