The Mission

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Operations Specialist to join our team. This role will support Caylent’s overall go-to-market initiatives through collaboration with stakeholders from both sales and marketing to align strategy and support unified processes. This role will play a key role in optimizing systems to support GTM initiatives and providing data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies.

Your Assignment

This role will support the success of our marketing campaigns and go-to-market (GTM) initiatives by effectively managing our marketing technology stack, ensuring data stewardship across platforms, and providing actionable insights through comprehensive analysis and reporting.

Role success will be measured against achieving incremental quarterly goals on adding impact and velocity to Caylent’s Go-To-Market plan.

Marketing Technology Administration:

  • Own and administer HubSpot platform, ensuring smooth operation and optimal utilization against GTM initiatives.
  • Oversee the organization and management of marketing assets within HubSpot, including, landing pages, forms, and email campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement automated workflows and nurture sequences in HubSpot to streamline lead management and engagement processes.
  • Customize marketing platforms to align with account-based marketing strategies, ensuring optimal functionality and data integration.
  • Mature and maintain integrations between RevOps tech stack (primarily HubSpot, Apollo, Salesforce) to facilitate seamless data flow.
  • Develop and maintain documentation and end-user guides on platform usage, settings, and processes, providing training and support to marketing and sales teams.

Data Management:

  • Implement data normalization techniques across the RevOps Tech stack, continuously auditing and improving data integrity through platform updates and user process enhancements.
  • Support list management for campaign targeting and events, building lists based on segmentation criteria and engagement data.
  • Maintain HubSpot database quality and ensure compliance with regulations handling data privacy and consent (e.g., CCPA, CASL)
  • Manage active lists in HubSpot for marketing emails, such as newsletters or updates, ensuring accurate segmentation and timely delivery

Data Analysis and Insights:

  • Conduct thorough analysis of marketing data to extract actionable insights for both sales follow-up and optimization of marketing strategies.
  • Build robust reporting and intuitive dashboards within HubSpot and Salesforce, providing clear visibility into campaign effectiveness, key metrics, and relevant performance indicators.
  • Compile and present comprehensive reports on marketing trends and campaign performance to share with external stakeholders
  • Collaborate on developing a marketing-influence and marketing-generated  reporting models to quantify the lifetime value of customers influenced by marketing efforts throughout their entire lifecycle.

Your Qualifications

  • 2+ years of marketing or operations experience at a B2B company required. Technical consulting or services companies preferred
  • Proficiency in HubSpot Enterprise required and Salesforce administration preferred
  • Experience working with Salesforce Campaign Influence models preferred
  • Experience building sales reports in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel preferred
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Apollo.io highly desirable
  • Experience building marketing influence modeling and reporting highly desirable
  • Bachelors in Marketing, Business Administration, or Data-Analytics field preferred

Base Salary Range: The expected base salary range for this position is CAD 65,000 - CAD 79,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Additional Compensation Components: In addition to the base salary, the compensation package may include bonuses, commissions, equity, and other incentives. The specific components will vary depending on the role and individual and/or company performance.
