Our global talent acquisition team is looking for a brilliant team member to develop and execute sourcing and pipelining strategies for current and forecasted talent needs. This is a great opportunity if you are a sourcing specialist looking to develop your career within talent acquisition. 


In this role, you will partner with Talent Acquisition Specialists and HR Business Partners to ensure that talent gaps are resolved globally. The main responsibility of this role is to develop and execute the sourcing and pipelining strategies for current and forecasted talent needs for Catena Media.


  • Responsible to create sourcing strategies together with Talent Acquisition Specialists
  • Ensure sourcing efforts for high-priority roles are carried out consistently, while optimizing search criteria and methods
  • Work with talent acquisition specialists and HR business partners to understand hiring needs and gain a clear understand of the business and make sure your knowledge is up to date
  • Proactively and continuously identify and engage with skilled talent to fill a current or future talent gap for any business unit and office
  • Reach out to passive and active candidates via social media, email, phone, job boards and professional networks such as LinkedIn
  • Introduce candidates to relevant roles and the company in a way to secure interest and engagement by sharing the Catena story, vision and culture and act as a brand ambassador when representing the company
  • Shortlist and present candidates to Talent Acquisition Specialists and hiring managers
  • Research new channels offline and online to find, attract and engage with talent
  • Assist Talent Acquisition Specialist and other hiring stakeholder with advertising and marketing efforts
  • Conduct phone screening interviews and assist in other stages of the interview process
  • Submit candidate feedback and constructive recommendations
  • Ensure all relevant candidate data is transferred and saved on the applicant tracking system
  • Provide global and local company information to candidates (perks and benefits etc.)
  • Research, analyse and prepare reports regarding talent market and industry data


  • Minimum 1 year of talent sourcing
  • Proficient in the use of social media, job boards, applicant tracking systems
  • Excellent communicator and strong interpersonal skills
  • Professional and great telephone presence
  • Can interact effectively with others
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Ability to prioritise and work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines
  • Ability to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
  • Flexible with the ability to adapt to changes in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to handle sensitive and business confidential information
