You will be taking control over the full talent acquisition process for a variety of challenging positions across our global organisation. This role is part of a dynamic talent acquisition team in Malta from where you will support hiring managers and HR Business Partners not only in Malta, but in other locations too, such as London, Belgrade, Tokyo and Sweden. In order to do so, you are expected to create meaningful relationships and manage expectations, both from the candidate side and hiring managers' side and stay connected to the business strategy and company culture. 


  • Take ownership of the full talent acquisition process and lifecycle, including job description creation and publishing of job ads, headhunting and advertisement activities, initial assessments, interviews, offers and contract signing, to then handing the new employee over to HR business partners for on-boarding
  • Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs and proactively initiate contact with potential candidates
  • Track and report advertising activities
  • Work with internal teams and hiring managers to assist with talent acquisition efforts Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within the organisation
  • Promote and ensure proactive recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool and social engagements
  • Work closely with the Employer Branding Specialist to develop and execute employer branding and talent marketing campaigns
  • Support the Talent Acquisition Team leader with talent acquisition projects as requested
  • Research talent acquisition/recruiting trends, track the external market for high calibre candidates and make salary recommendations and more to Group HR
  • Assist with strategic talent acquisition and HR projects as requested


  • Bachelor's degree in the field or 2 years’ equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of in-house recruiting experience
  • 2+ years of experience recruiting for a variety of positions of different seniority, ideally within the iGaming industry
  • 2+ years of experience hiring and negotiating offers
  • Experience working within an Applicant Tracking System
  • 2+ years of experience developing relationships with hiring managers or hiring partners in a busy hiring climate
  • 2+ years’ experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and similar products to source candidates
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and multicultural environment
  • Experience working within, or for an iGaming or digital marketing company
  • Experience relocating candidates
