SCOPE OF THE JOB:

The Corporate Brand Manager is responsible for increasing Catena Media brand awareness by developing and implementing strategic plans to boost the brands potential and ensure consistent message throughout internal and external communication channels. Key KPI’s will be directly linked to the brand’s awareness, reputation and image compared to competitors.

YOUR CHALLENGE:

  • Develop the brand strategy in alignment of the strategic vision of the business, the organisational culture and the company image perceived by external stakeholders
  • Manage a challenging budget
  • Ensure consistency of the brand across the group and develop, plan and oversee execution of branding and marketing campaigns, events, corporate responsibility programs and sponsorships
  • Take ownership of the company website and marketing channels, including social channels such as Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and Instagram
  • Collaborate with HR and the management team to align the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics to support internal communication and to drive employee engagement
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals
  • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues

TO DO IT, YOU WILL NEED:

  • University degree in Communications or Marketing or a relevant discipline (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in communications and branding/marketing which has resulted in an excellent understanding of the full branding and marketing mix
  • Proven ability of creating and executing innovative brand/corporate marketing programs, ideally for a B2B software/tech company
  • Highly creative and truly passionate about branding and marketing
  • Critical data-driven thinker with strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluency in both English and Swedish languages
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop relationships and communicate with all levels of the organisation
  • Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Process-oriented with strong project management and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated doer with a collaborative and positive attitude
  • Strategic and tactic when appropriate
