What We Need: 
The ideal candidate has owned areas of production for one or more mobile game titles. They can construct useful and meaningful schedules for our development teams and drive these schedules while identifying and mitigating issues before they become problems. We’re looking for the ultimate multi-tasker, communicator and problem solver. Someone who is passionate about working with creative teams to develop great games.
What You Will Do:
  •  Work closely with senior production team to manage assigned area/areas of game production and pipeline throughout all phases of   production
  •  Develop a broad mental roadmap of the entire project with the ability to schedule near and long-term deliverables within each team
  •  Proactively anticipate and mitigate risks
  •  Ensure great communication across the team, internally and externally.
  •  Identify changes in scope, priority or direction and communicate   to the  team
  •  Motivate and support the team to ensure project goals, objectives, milestones, and deliverables are achieved
  •  Assimilate all the technical and business requirements and deliver the information to the team in an understandable manner
  •  Act as the ultimate diplomat, identifying areas of potential conflict and preventing issues from spiraling
  •  Represent the project to internal and external
Who We Think Would Be A Great Fit:

  • Broad understanding of game development processes and systems, including limitations, dependencies and trends
  • Demonstrated experience in risk management and proactive risk assessment, mitigation and remediation.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Task driven, self-motivated, and proactive
  • Work well under deadline pressure
  • Passionate about playing and developing video games
  • Exhibit a ‘how can I help’ attitude and an ability to build strong relationships
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience with the following tools is a plus: Perforce, Favro, Test Track Pro (Perforce Helix ALM)
  • Bonus points: familiarity or experience with data analysis and/or other technical discipline
