The IT Support Specialist is responsible for providing end user support including computer and network issues.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond to end user support issues including printers, login to applications, pc issues
  • Support Office365 / Azure AD including user add change, software installation, password resets, add / maintain applications, implement maintain groups
  • Install & configure new PCs  / re-purpose re-assigned PCs
  • Support drop box file sharing and one drive
  • Purchase and maintain computers for office and remote users
  • Purchase and manage phones and apps for office and remote users
  • Participate in implementing IT strategy
  • Implement & maintain Dropbox and LastPass for teams
  • Configure field server software and hardware
  • Manage support Internet access at offices and casinos
  • Support casino network connectivity issues
  • Support server operations and systems specs & design

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years’ experience in a similar support role
  • Minimum of High School diploma or equivalent
  • A+ certifications a plus
  • Microsoft certifications are a plus
  • Azure and AD experience a plus
  • Must be able to travel 10%
  • Must be able to work onsite daily, in Charlottesville, VA office
