Position Overview:

The Compliance Support Coordinator works with the compliance officer to make sure all physical media are created correctly, and documentation meets jurisdictional regulations for all clients. This position also tracks and schedules client orders to ensure deadlines are met.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Duplicates hard drives and verifies the data against the approved product
  • Ships, receives, and tracks all physical media
  • Reviews sales schedules for multiple clients and completes work within the deadlines
  • Communicates with internal departments and external stakeholders including gaming commissions
  • Completes required documentation per specific jurisdictional shipping requirements that accompanies sales orders
  • Supports compliance staff
  • Reviews, packages, and submits release product to an external lab
  • Enters data into various systems
  • Maintains knowledge base of all gaming regulations and shipping requirements


  • Experience working with computer infrastructure
  • Ability to resolve technical problems as they arise
  • Ability to work independently
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills; must be extremely detail oriented
  • High ethical standards and integrity
  • Team player with high performance standards
  • Ability to work from the Castle Hill office in Charlottesville, VA

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
