Position Overview:

The Sales Representative will support the sales team through account management, data collection, and marketing initiatives. This position aids with research, prospecting and lead qualification.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assists in developing a marketing plan with the Head of Sales and Marketing
  • Plans tradeshows and special events
  • Researches prospective clients by using various data sources
  • Qualifies leads and passes them to the account executives
  • Maintains customer data and opportunities through Castle Hill’s approved CRM
  • Generates sales and work orders for sales team
  • Stays current on CHG product portfolio
  • Demonstrates CHG product and articulates the key selling points
  • Represents CHG during association and customer related events
  • Assists in the creation of sales contracts
  • Communicates with the casinos regarding performance data collection and account receivables as needed
  • Completes expense reports accurately and on time
  • Manages social media presence
  • 40% travel is expected in this role

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Prior experience in a Sales or customer service role
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Must have the ability to work from home
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and operate independently, with a strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Experience in the casino gaming industry
