Purpose of Position

This position will be responsible for the supervision of how CASETiFY be a larger portfolio by evaluation of financial reports, special projects and studies on company operations.

Job Description

Collaborating with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects
Planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks and assigning team members to various deliverables
Analyzing financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation
Providing financial reports and budget outlines
Overseeing the development of the project and continuously evaluating projects to ensure the projects are efficiently carried out while upholding the company’s standards
Enhance existing project management office policies and processes
Work with Product Managers and development team members to schedule tasks and releases, and execute within the specified timelines.
Manage and communicate with external vendors, freelancers, partners and clients to ensure project success and mitigate risks.
Accurately documenting the project’s creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project’s scope, budget, and justification

Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, or a related field
A Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is a definite advantage
A minimum of five years’ experience in the industry
Experience working with engineers, artists, QA, and marketing.
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to details and technicalities
