Purpose of Position

CASETiFY is recruiting a talented Influencer Marketing Associate for our Global Influencer Marketing team who will bring passion to what they do, day in and day out. This role will be responsible for the day-to-day project management of influencer activations with a focus on the Hong Kong and Taiwan markets.
The position reports directly to the Assistant Influencer Marketing Manager and will work alongside different regional department leads to help with their regional influencer marketing programs.

Job Description

Grow YouTube Influencer Performance Marketing program profitably and efficiently
Nurture influencer relationships and regularly identify, develop, and maintain new relationships within the influencer community
Track and analyze influencer marketing performance and apply a test-and-learn approach to achieve success and new learnings
Identify and build the growing pool of influencers across different genres on YouTube, IG, TikTok, and any applicable social media & online platforms
Work closely with various functional teams to execute the right influencer marketing approach for your local market, including content planning, audience analysis, and product strategy
Support the marketing team in cultivating brand love and loyalty from Celebrities and Influencers through social listening and organic seeding
Stay up-to-date on influencer trends and provide competitive insights on how other fashion and lifestyle brands are engaging influencers

Requirement

2+ years of relevant experience in influencer marketing or social media
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheet
Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills on both technical and non-technical matters
Comfortable to work in an international environment
Good understanding of influencers in Hong Kong and Taiwan
Stay on top of the latest lifestyle trends and be passionate about different pop cultures
Self-starter with strong initiative, ownership, and accountability for business
Open-minded and able to handle multiple, high-priority projects in a demanding environment
Candidates with less experience will be considered for a junior position
