Purpose of Position

This position will be responsible for inventory allocation for retail store, marketplace and distribution center
This position will be responsible for optimizing inventory to prevent shortage/excess

Job Description

Plan material replenishment to regional hub and retail stores with collaboration with country team, retail team and marketplace team
Manage and report shortage/excess on material with KPI; and propose action plans
Forecast validation and review accuracy
Provide support with data analysis, reports and presentations
Work closely with central procurement team to monitor delivery/due date/restock date/pull in/push out plan
Work closely with product development team and procurement team on New Product Introduction/ Product fade out management
To drive continuous improvement in material allocation procedure, system and policies
Enhance information flow and transparency
Perform data, root cause analysis, corrective actions
Assist in ad-hoc projects and new initiatives

Requirement

Academic qualification:
- Bachelor Degree with Major preferred: Supply Chain Management/Operations Management/ Business Analytics
Experience:
- >1-2 years solid working experience in Retail Stock Allocation, Demand planning, Inventory Management and product management in FMCG
- Experience in ERP & MRP system
Competence (Technical):
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Good knowledge on Business Intelligence Tool: Tableau or others
Competence (Soft):
- Good Analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skill
- Passionate about production and operations
- Innovative & Fast learner
