Purpose of Position

CASETiFY is looking for a Finance Manager who will hit the ground running, thrive in a fast paced environment to join our team. He/she will be dedicated to lead and oversee the Finance Team to ensure the deliverable financial analysis and performance dashboards in Hong Kong.

Job Description

Provide finance advisory to the cross functional teams and subsidiaries in the group
In charge of month end closing of local and overseas companies in the Group.
Coordinate in monthly, quarterly and yearly consolidated financial reports for the Group
Analyse the financial performance, identify root cause, set up correction and prevention actions and provide recommendations for improvement.
Liaise with overseas subsidiaries in-house finance team and outsourced CPA firm and provide support and advice.
Assist in Transfer Pricing study and implement to all subsidiaries inter-companies transactions
Liaise with external auditors and in charge of year end inventory count.
Liaise with bankers and relationship building
Handle treasury functions and cash management, including cash flow forecast, foreign exchange and responding to bankers’ inquiries
Generare Ad hoc reports
Assist in implementation of ERP system

Requirement

Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration
Professional accounting qualification, working experience in Big 4 is a plus
Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience of which at least 2-3 years are in management position
Exposure in multinational/regional head office finance operations
Experience in implementation of ERP systems is an advantage
A team leader with excellent coordination and interpersonal skills, self-initiated
Strong business sense, analytical mind and problem solving skills
Attention to details, detailed-minded, able to work under pressure and multitasking
Proficient in written and verbal communication English and Chinese. Mandarin is an advantage
