We are currently looking for a Business Analyst to gather, analyze, and interpret data to inform strategic decision-making and optimize product performance. This position serves as a key support to senior leadership, providing actionable insights and recommendations to inform product strategy, enhance market positioning, and drive business growth.

This position will report to our Product Director.

 

Job Description

Data-Driven Insights & Research:

  • Conduct comprehensive market research, competitive analysis, and consumer insights to inform product strategy and decision-making.
  • Utilize quantitative and qualitative research methods to identify market trends, opportunities, and potential areas for innovation.

Benchmarking & Analytics:

  • Establish and maintain benchmarking processes to evaluate CASETiFY's product performance, market position, and competitive landscape.
  • Analyze product metrics, sales data, and customer feedback to assess product effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and drive data-driven decisions.

Strategic Planning & Forecasting & Inventory Management:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement product strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs.
  • Manage and optimize product timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely and successful product launches and updates.

Product Effectiveness & Performance:

  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of CASETiFY's product portfolio, assessing factors such as market penetration, customer adoption, and revenue growth.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance product effectiveness, optimize pricing strategies, and maximize profitability.

Collaboration & Support:

  • Partner with Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and other departments to provide strategic support, insights, and analytics to drive product success.

Key Performance Metrics:

  • Total Addressable Markets size
  • Accuracy and effectiveness of product forecasts
  • Market Research & Insights Effectiveness: Measure the impact of research initiatives on informing product strategy and market positioning.
  • Benchmarking Accuracy & Actionability: Assess the relevance, accuracy, and effectiveness of benchmarking data in driving strategic decisions.
  • Product Launch & Update Timeliness: Evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of product timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Product Performance & Growth Metrics: Monitor key product performance indicators, including market share, revenue growth, and customer adoption rates.

Requirement

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in product strategy, market research, analytics, or related roles, with a strong track record of driving business growth through data-driven insights in a product-focused organization
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Excel, SQL, or business intelligence platforms
  • Proficiency in market research methodologies, competitive analysis, and product lifecycle management
  • Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret complex data sets
  • Knowledge of product management and marketing concepts, including pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies
  • Experience with agile methodologies and project management frameworks is a plus
