Purpose of Position

CASETiFY is looking for graphic designer that are passionate, outgoing and self-learner to join our Retail Design Team. The right candidates will be excellent communicators, comfortable in a high-velocity startup, and passionate about creating products that transform people’s lifestyles.
As part of our new team members, you will be working closely with the Senior Multimedia Designer & Art Director in the Retail Design Team and be responsible for in-store activation and campaigns digitally and physically.

Job Description

Responsible for developing creatives, graphics and artworks adaptation for all marketing materials related to retail stores. Including advertisements, leaflets, posters, banners, EDM etc.
Execute full spectrum of multimedia design and production including video, photo shooting and post-editing
Support global stores promotional and pricing materials
Ensure strong communication with multiple project teams, brands, contractors, consultants
Manage and coordinate with store staff on VM setups for regular launches
Work closely with Creative Lead, Production Vendors, Construction teams from developing layout, output production files, oversee onsite installation
Assist in the preparation of proposal and presentation for partners to approve
On-site production coordination

Requirement

Diploma or above degree in Design or related design discipline
3-4 years of experience related fields will consider as Graphic Designer
Candidate with Retail VM, Pop Up Store, Exhibition or Event experiences is a plus
Energetic to work under pressure and tight deadlines
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro is a must
3Ds Max / Cinema 4D skillset is a plus
Self-motivated and self-disciplined
Strong project management skills, ability to oversee and manage multiple projects in complex environments involving several stakeholders
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Additional languages are a plus
