Job Description

  • Responsible for production planning, data analysis and improvement projects
  • Optimize order routing and maximise resources utilization
  • Build report and visualization templates with Tableau (Business Intelligence Tool)
  • Perform root cause analysis and advise corrective actions
  • Familiarise with the workflow in production operation including but not limited to printing & shipping function in order to provide problem-solving insights to operation defects
  • Cross-exposure to other functions including but not limited to production operation, warehousing as well as material & demand planning
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects and new initiatives assigned from management

Requirement

  • Academic qualification:
    • Bachelor Degree with Major preferred: Supply Chain Management/Operations Management/ Business Analytics/ Computer/Data Science or other operation-related discipline is preferred
  • Experience:
    • >5 years relevant working experience
  • Competence (Technical):
    • Strong numerical and analytical skills
    • Good knowledge on Business Intelligence Tool: Tableau or others
    • Interested in new technologies and tools: AI, RPA etc.
  • Competence (Soft):
    • Excellent communication skills with analytical mindset and critical thinking
    • Passionate about production and operations
    • Innovative & Fast learner
    • Self-starter
