Job Description

Responsible for production planning, data analysis and improvement projects
Optimize order routing and maximise resources utilization
Build report and visualization templates with Tableau (Business Intelligence Tool)
Perform root cause analysis and advise corrective actions
Familiarise with the workflow in production operation including but not limited to printing & shipping function in order to provide problem-solving insights to operation defects
Cross-exposure to other functions including but not limited to production operation, warehousing as well as material & demand planning
Assist in ad-hoc projects and new initiatives assigned from management

Requirement

Academic qualification:
- Bachelor Degree with Major preferred: Supply Chain Management/Operations Management/ Business Analytics/ Computer/Data Science or other operation-related discipline is preferred
Experience:
- >5 years relevant working experience
Competence (Technical):
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Good knowledge on Business Intelligence Tool: Tableau or others
- Interested in new technologies and tools: AI, RPA etc.
Competence (Soft):
- Excellent communication skills with analytical mindset and critical thinking
- Passionate about production and operations
- Innovative & Fast learner
- Self-starter
