Job Description

Frequent communication with service providers to resolve operation issue/exceptional shipment, and plan for operation enhancement.
Develop logistics plan for new products or new markets.
Participated in RFQ and cost analysis.
Analyze data to improve logistics processes.
Prepare monthly reports on logistics spending and shipment KPI.
Capable of preparing shipping documents and shipping labels.
Experienced in implementation of logistics solution for E-com shipments would be an asset.

Requirement

Bachelor’s Degree/ Associate Degree/ Higher Diploma in Operations/ Logistics/ Supply Chain Management, or other operation-related disciplines is preferred.
2+ years of relevant working experience in Logistics & Shipping/ Supply Chain/ E-Commerce.
Ability to communicate effectively with service providers to address operational issues, resolve exceptional shipments, and coordinate logistics enhancements.
Proficiency in analyzing data to identify areas for improvement in logistics processes and to optimize efficiency.
Familiarity with participating in Request for Quotation (RFQ) processes and conducting cost analysis to assess logistics service provider options and make informed decisions.
