Job Description
- Create and implement China retail strategies.
- Lead retail operations team to achieve operational excellence.
- Partner with retail area manager to drive overall store performance.
- Implement and evolve retail experiences, store formats, and expansion plans.
- Devise and enhance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for retail operations to enhance efficiency and profitability.
- Develop local resource planning strategy to optimize efficiency and profitability.
- Use data systems to track operational KPIs for stores and identify opportunities for sales growth, customer satisfaction, and employee satisfaction.
- Review and enhance existing reports and dashboards to improve data consistency and decision-making, creating new reports based on stakeholder needs.
- Manage the execution of retail projects from start to finish.
- Localize and consolidate weekly global directives to facilitate the seamless flow of information from Global HQ to China stores.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve store processes, visual merchandising plans, store technology, campaigns, and inventory management.
- Coordinate with external vendors for project implementation and issue resolution.
- Ensure compliance with Group Policies & Procedures and local regulations.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
- 8+ years of professional experience, with 3+ years in a leadership capacity in global and or regional retail management and operations.
- Proven ability to devise, plan, and manage operational processes for maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Strong understanding of various operational functions and principles such as customer service, retail marketing, employee development/engagement, assortment planning, and visual merchandising.
- Proficiency in using operational, communication, and leadership skills in fast-paced environments with a track record of professional and business success.
- Ability to motivate, drive change, and lead effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in project management, e-commerce, or consumer products is advantageous.
- Strategic, resourceful, organized, collaborative, and results oriented.

- Proficient in analytical tools, such as Excel, and reporting/BI tools
- Proficient in verbal and written English.
