We are now hiring a (Senior) E-commerce Marketplace Executive to manage the operations of our E-commerce platform. This position will report to our Assistant E-commerce Marketplace Manager.

Job Description

Assist in the marketplace advertising and optimize ROAS/ROI/IM (Amazon, Shopee, Rakuten
Track weekly/monthly/quarterly channel KPI targets to manage budget and resources efficiently
Support the implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns of marketplaces
Work with cross-functional teams to push forward marketing agendas
Coordinate with agencies to produce marketing materials and campaigns roll-out plan
Analyse data to provide strategic, actionable insights
Always be A/B testing and thinking of new growth opportunities

Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or Statistics
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in marketing, data analytics, and advertising platforms (Amazon ad/ Google)
Solid experience and technical understanding of Performance Marketing / e-Commerce
Experience in Japan Market is preferred
Proficient in written communication in Japanese is a plus
Great problem-solving skills and interpersonal skills
