Job Description

  • Develop and execute marketing and business development strategies tailored to the Taiwanese market to enhance brand awareness, forge partnerships, and drive online and offline revenue.
  • Gain a deep understanding of our customers to identify product-market fits unique to the Taiwanese demographic.
  • Analyze market trends to strategically inform product development, collaboration initiatives, and marketing strategies.
  • Identify and assess new business opportunities, such as collaborations, partnerships, and wholesale ventures, to broaden our market presence and grow our customer base.
  • Lead and manage digital marketing campaigns across a variety of platforms, including social media, email marketing, SEM/SEO, and online advertising, to bolster traffic and conversion rates on our e-commerce platform.
  • Lead and manage offline marketing campaigns, such as PR, activations, and events, to strengthen our brand, create unique experiences for our customers, and grow OTO/retail businesses.
  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, such as influencers, media outlets, artists and creators, and industry partners, to strengthen brand positioning and uncover collaboration opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with global functions to ensure our products and messaging resonate with local customer needs and preferences.
  • Manage and distribute the marketing budget effectively to optimize return on investment.
  • Monitor and provide comprehensive reports on the performance of marketing campaigns and sales activities, offering insights and strategic actions to achieve results.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of marketing professionals, promoting a culture of creativity, data-driven decision-making, collaboration, and accountability.


Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • At least 10 years of leadership experience in marketing, with a proven track record of success in the Taiwanese market, preferably in the fashion or consumer products sector.
  • 5 years of leadership experience in business development, including wholesale partnerships, brand collaborations, and corporate sponsorships.
  • Experience with Direct-To-Consumer startups and acquisitions from both side of the table are big plus.
  • Strong understanding of the Taiwanese consumer market, on and offline retail landscape, and digital marketing trends.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, data analysis, and CRM software.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of partners and stakeholders.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset, capable of developing innovative solutions to drive growth.
  • Self-motivated, data-driven, and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and lead a team towards achieving common goals.
  • Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin and English.
