Job Description

Spearhead the exploration and development of new product and printing approaches, including adapting our CoLab collection to evergreen products, 3D-shaped items, and creative OEM/Merchandise, while providing insightful suggestions.
Lead global teams in launching limited edition products, conceptualizing creative stunts for PR and social media, offering recommendations for influencer seeding, and driving artist/brand collaborations and promotional initiatives to generate buzz.
Provide art direction, foster creative innovation, and guide the team in executing ideas that align with the company's strategic and communication objectives, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Develop project plans tailored to customer needs, ensuring the successful delivery and effectiveness of design concepts.
Manage content strategy for various projects, including brand design, compelling content creation, and overall marketing strategies.
Collaborate closely with the Business Development team and other cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Stay informed about market trends, proactively approach potential influencers for collaborations, and nurture strong relationships within the industry.

Requirements

A minimum of 15 years of experience in advertising, design, or related fields.
Deep understanding of market creative and cultural nuances.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate.
Excellent presentation skills, capable of effectively conveying ideas and concepts.
Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in verbal and written English and Chinese communication.
