Job Description

  • Spearhead the exploration and development of new product and printing approaches, including adapting our CoLab collection to evergreen products, 3D-shaped items, and creative OEM/Merchandise, while providing insightful suggestions.
  • Lead global teams in launching limited edition products, conceptualizing creative stunts for PR and social media, offering recommendations for influencer seeding, and driving artist/brand collaborations and promotional initiatives to generate buzz.
  • Provide art direction, foster creative innovation, and guide the team in executing ideas that align with the company's strategic and communication objectives, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Develop project plans tailored to customer needs, ensuring the successful delivery and effectiveness of design concepts.
  • Manage content strategy for various projects, including brand design, compelling content creation, and overall marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with the Business Development team and other cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Stay informed about market trends, proactively approach potential influencers for collaborations, and nurture strong relationships within the industry.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in advertising, design, or related fields.
  • Deep understanding of market creative and cultural nuances.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate.
  • Excellent presentation skills, capable of effectively conveying ideas and concepts.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in verbal and written English and Chinese communication.
