Job Description

Be responsible for CASETiFY Douyin accounts management and operations including but not limited to content planning & deliverables, campaign planning and operations, sales conversion to Douyin store
Be responsible for weekly/monthly Douyin accounts performance, and providing insights for optimization and improvement
Assist LM on brand/product campaign social communication planning and execution, including but not limited to overall social planning, social content deliverables and performance tracking
Manage social media agency and ensure agency delivers in accordance to contract and agreed plans
Communicate and cooperate closely with social platforms counterparts, EC and Retail sales teams, and other relevant departments, implement efficiently, deliver brand image, improve consumers' brand experience in all social channels, and help EC channels achieving sales target
Assuring Brand compliance particular on social media

Requirement

Bachelor Graduate with 1-3 years of marketing/ social media experience, of which at least 1-2 years focusing on Douyin is a must
Being passionate and sensitive towards social media and social trends and having Deep understanding the practices of fashion/lifestyle industry
Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and verbal is a must
A good team player with solid interpersonal skill to deal with both internal and external partners
Strong multi-tasking capability, willingness to learn, and ability to meet tight schedule
Having a strong interest area (ACG/Comics/Fashion/Kpop…) would be a plus
