Job Description

  • Be responsible for end to end management of global/local fashion projects indcluding new collection design, GTM execution etc.
  • Assist Brand Collaboration Manager on the planning and development of China Artists Collection Strategy
  • Actively identify and scout local artists for collaborations based on specific style, geo location, or audience demographics
  • Project manage colab/artist collection launches and manage external partners relations - from internal communications, to coordination on marketing assets, creative feedback, and timeline to ensure a smooth execution for launch
  • Optimize and initiate engaging and sales-driven marketing activations with partners, including but not limited to social media, influencer campaigns, content-driven campaigns. With clear objectives to increase sales, drive website traffic and conversion, and/or partners engagement
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure successful project launch, including legal team, creative team, e-commerce team, retail team and social influencer team, etc.

Requirement

 

  • Bachelor Graduate with at least 3~5 years of marketing experience (International education or work experience will be an advantage)
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and verbal is a MUST
  • A good team player with solid interpersonal skill to deal with both internal parties and external partners
  • Strong interest in marketing with a good sense of art
  • Strong multi-tasking skill, willingness to learn, and ability to meet tight schedule
  • Having a strong interest in global/local artist commercialization would be a plus
