Work closely with team members to drive the development and execution of MKT campaigns for CASETiFY CN, with brand passion, consumer centric mindset, lead the consolidation of complete go-to-market approach (brand narrative, creative content, EC and Retail driven). Support each campaign awareness and engagement with target segments
Develop insights-led communications and campaigns which are fresh, creative and brand encouraging to audiences. Support to build and defend market share with plans aligned to long-term brand strategy and roadmap
Orchestrate multi-touch point content planning. Work cross-functionally with Social, Influencer team and external key partners to close the brand story-telling loop, enabling all channels cohesive messaging distribution and also achieve business success
Collaborate closely with multiple business functions, including EC and Retail to drive up the growth of assigned category
Closely work with global counterparts to understand the global strategy, positioning and support plan and integrate CN market-fit input to ensure products and campaigns well resonate with local consumers
Implant retail / PR events on brand moments and promotions to amplify brand voice and drive sales
Requirement
Bachelor’s degree or above
Excellent written and spoken English skills
Strong project management and keen to execution details
Strong communication skills and vendor management
3-5 years’ experience in FMCG marketing or related industry
Passionate about Global fashion trends, working experience in global lifestyle brands will be a plus
Have accountability for a range of marketing specialties, such as media, digital, PR, EC and etc.
Adaptable to a fast-growing business environment and good team player
