Job Description

  • Liaise with China retail team to coordinate daily sales and payments received at retail stores
  • Bookkeeping, scheduling payments and cash flow management, ensuring proper job costing, and ensuring timely payment
  • Manage retail store local tax issues
  • Establish relevant local standard operating procedures
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements and liaise with the finance team in Hong Kong on financial reporting and intra-company transactions
  • Other projects assigned by management

Requirement

 

  • Bachelor degree or above, major in accounting or finance
  • At least 2 years working experience in finance related field
  • Mature, independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Good analytical, interpersonal and time management skills
  • Attention to detail, proficient in Excel
