CASETiFY is looking for an Accountant experienced in maintaining accurate books on accounts payable and receivable, and daily financial entries and reconciliations. This position will report to the Finance Manager and will be part of the Global Finance team.
Job Descriptions
In charge of payment requisition review and control procedures, recording transactions and initial payment application for management approval
Manage sales invoice for wholesales business, recording transactions and follow up accounts receivable collection
Communicate and coordinate with internal teams in regarding accounts receivable and accounts payable
Assist in month-end closing and preparing supporting schedules
Assist in year-end audit and tax filing for the Company and its subsidiaries
Perform ad hoc assignments as assigned by the management
Requirement
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree or Associate Degree in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines
Minimum 5 years of experience in hands-on accounting matters including accounts receivable and accounts payable
Experience in e-commerce business and global accounting is an advantage
Good communications & interpersonal skills
Responsible, self-disciplined, proactive, good team player and detail-minded
Able to handle multi-tasks and meet deadlines
Mature and independent with high level of proactiveness
Knowledge of Accounting Software; Knowledge in Netsuite accounting system is a plus
Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
