Job Description:
- Lead the retail finance team in Shanghai office to enhance the procedure and efficiency
- Coordinate in monthly, quarterly and yearly consolidated and separate financial statements to the Group
- Analyse the business performance, identify root cause, provide recommendations for improvement
- Provide finance advisory to the cross functional teams and subsidiaries in the group
- Liaise with bankers and the tax bureaus to build the relationships
- Other hoc job assigned by the line manage
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration
- Be familiar with the local accounting standard and tax laws, professional accounting qualification
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience of which at least 2 years are in management position
- Exposure in multinational/regional head office finance operations
- The experience of the ERP system implementation is preferred
- A team player with excellent coordination and interpersonal skills, self-initiated
- Strong business sense, analytical mind and problem solving skills
- Attention to details, detailed-minded, able to work under pressure and multitasking
- Proficient in written and verbal communication English and Chinese
