Job Description:

Lead the retail finance team in Shanghai office to enhance the procedure and efficiency
Coordinate in monthly, quarterly and yearly consolidated and separate financial statements to the Group
Analyse the business performance, identify root cause, provide recommendations for improvement
Provide finance advisory to the cross functional teams and subsidiaries in the group
Liaise with bankers and the tax bureaus to build the relationships
Other hoc job assigned by the line manage

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration
Be familiar with the local accounting standard and tax laws, professional accounting qualification
Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience of which at least 2 years are in management position
Exposure in multinational/regional head office finance operations
The experience of the ERP system implementation is preferred
A team player with excellent coordination and interpersonal skills, self-initiated
Strong business sense, analytical mind and problem solving skills
Attention to details, detailed-minded, able to work under pressure and multitasking
Proficient in written and verbal communication English and Chinese
