Job Description:

  • Lead the retail finance team in Shanghai office to enhance the procedure and efficiency
  • Coordinate in monthly, quarterly and yearly consolidated and separate financial statements to the Group
  • Analyse the business performance, identify root cause, provide recommendations for improvement
  • Provide finance advisory to the cross functional teams and subsidiaries in the group
  • Liaise with bankers and the tax bureaus to build the relationships
  • Other hoc job assigned by the line manage

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration
  • Be familiar with the local accounting standard and tax laws, professional accounting qualification
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience of which at least 2 years are in management position
  • Exposure in multinational/regional head office finance operations
  • The experience of the ERP system implementation is preferred
  • A team player with excellent coordination and interpersonal skills, self-initiated
  • Strong business sense, analytical mind and problem solving skills
  • Attention to details, detailed-minded, able to work under pressure and multitasking
  • Proficient in written and verbal communication English and Chinese
