Design CoLab / Capsule collections
Create assets for CoLabs, Product Launches, MKT campaigns, Retail etc.
Provide shooting direction / shot lists
Find inspiration and provide newness to the Graphic team
Oversee the Graphics team. Guide and provide strong feedback to improve the graphic work of all Senior Designers/ Designers

Requirement

6 + years of experience in design
Art Director level (1-2 levels after Senior Designer)
Agency experience, is a plus Adobe Creative Suite
Strong art/design aesthetic and typography sense
Incredible attention to detail
Knowledge in Illustration & AfterEffects is a plus
Modern & fun graphic/ illustration style (to fit Casetify) Positive attitude, even under tight timelines
Adaptable and flexible Team player, with ability to influence and strong initiative
