We are now looking for a Senior Marketing Associate who will hit the ground running, thrive in a fast paced environment and be detail-oriented. He/she will initiate and execute marketing activations via different channels based on the given objective and focuses of the Brand. Day to day duties include but are not limited to tracking campaign performance & sales, project management and communications, support on influencer gifting, report on results, suggest improvements and/or growth strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Support Assistant Marketing Manager in all marketing related work particularly in offline marketing channels.
  • Plan and execute for retail display and offline activations that can help achieve the given KPI.
  • Generate monthly retail creative briefs tailored for TW market including but not limited to marketing copies translation, proofreading, in-store marketing collaterals, planning and execution on CRM activations, promotional programs and GWP.
  • Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure alignment on deliverables; manage and supervise external agencies based on project needs.
  • Monitor offline marketing efficiency including but not limited to consumer persona, sales data and assist in refining offline marketing plan in a timely manner.
  • Conduct monthly reports, offline activation post-reviews, and assist in various market research as requested.
  • Handle ad-hoc reports and assigned projects.
  • Event attendance if required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above with a focus in Business, Marketing, Communication or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience from MNC marketing or retail marketing department. E-commerce or consumer products are preferred.
  • Demonstrated track record of retail marketing and solid skills in data analysis.
  • Experience in managing retail marketing and offline activation is a MUST, with a preference for the ability to work independently.
  • Regional APAC exposure is a definite advantage.
  • Passionate about technology, fashion, lifestyle brands, patient, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment and be part of a growing team.
  • Great problem-solving skills and interpersonal skills; creative and attention to detail.
  • Date-driven, logical, systematic, organized with a strong commitment to excellence.
  • Fluent in English & Chinese, excellent in verbal and written communication & presentation skills.
