  • CASETiFY is now looking for an entrepreneurial, creative and passionate Business Development Manager, directly reporting to the Senior Business Development Manager, to join our team. The ideal candidate will hit the ground running, thrive in a fast paced environment and be detail-oriented. He/She must be a self-starter and a team player with the ability to quickly identify areas of opportunity to create procedures that increase efficiencies, scalability and effectiveness.
  • This position is to support the rapid expansion of the Global market. To research/connect/update trends by looking for global brand opportunities as well as executing collaboration collections and marketing campaigns.

Job Description

  • Develop and execute collaboration projects to drive business growth according to the company direction. Plan and deploy marketing and collaboration launch campaigns
  • Project manage collaboration launches and manage external partner relations - from internal communications, to coordination on marketing assets, creative feedback, and timeline to ensure a smooth execution for launch
  • Optimize and initiate engaging and sales-driven marketing activations with the brand partners, including but not limited to social media, influencer campaigns, content-driven campaigns. With clear objectives to increase sales, drive website traffic and conversion, and/or collaboration launch engagement
  • Demonstrate creativity and coordinate with the design team to come up with collaboration creatives. Independently work on seeking approvals from partners on creative and marketing materials
  • Support budget and sales forecast reports
  • Assist in owning KPIs and analytics to report on the success, learnings, and other key insights from campaigns, marketing tests and channels
  • Perform market research and monitor competition, market activities, events and trends
  • Support any assigned business development projects



Requirement

  • Bachelor degree or above in Business, Marketing discipline or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in marketing, e-commerce, or consumer products licensing / go-to-market plan execution is preferred 
  • Able to work under pressure, quickly adapt, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strategic thinking and execution: You are able to take the big picture view of marketing objectives and plans, but also have the experience and motivation to dig in and do the work
  • Good communication skills and presentation skills
  • Passionate about technology, fashion, lifestyle brands, and being part of a growing team
  • Great problem-solving skills and interpersonal skills to deal with both internal parties and external partners
  • Fluent in English, excellent in verbal & written communication and presentation skills
